11. Now Facebook want to your account password. Press Continue with Password.

How to deactivate and delete Facebook account from desktop (Pc, Laptop)?

1. Open the browser of your choice.

2. Login to the Facebook account.

3. Click on the arrow 🔽 sign on the right side of the top menu bar

4. Open Settings and Privacy.

5. Click on Settings.

6. Then open Privacy.

7. Then click on 'Your Facebook information'.

8. Open 'Account Deactivation and Detetion' below all.

9. Select the one you need. Press Continue.

10. Now continue with the password to confirm your identity.

Important Note:

Your account is now deactivated. Deactivate account can be activated by logging in again.

If you delete the account, it will be permanently deleted within 28 days. Once deleted, the account can no longer be reactivated.
